I haven't seen any further follow-up, so we do seem to have weak consensus of going forward with option #1 (do one SCTP-specific and one DCCP-specific UDP encaps). This means that TSCWG will progress draft-tuexen-sctp-udp-encaps and DCCP will progress draft-ietf-dccp-udpencap. Thanks to all who stated an opinion. Lars
