jira rights..

Hi Tom,

I cannot seem to resolve any issues in JIRA. (missing the "Available Workflow Actions" like Close 
Issue, Resolve Issue and eg Reopen Issue..
Can you give me the appropiate rights or should I do a request at 
infrastructure ?
