This patch affects the JdbcModelReader class only. The
determineAutoIncrementFromResultSetMetaData method generates an sql command.
Each column will be examined for a space and if one is found, the column is
altered to add [ ] around the column name. Similarly, if the table name has a
space in it, the table name will have [ ] placed around it.
