Mail order tickets are available at $39.00 per ticket. Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the House Of Blues in Cleveland, OH. Doors and Showtime are TBA. There are a limited number of reserved seats available at $52.50 per ticket. (Best to use double money orders) General admission tickets are available at $33.00 per ticket.
