As far as I know this tape has never circulated widely, so I doubt anyone will be able to help with identification. I will be very eager to check out a copy & list it in deadlists when you're ready to pass it along. Track #2 may be Hunter, who used to play trumpet, if I recall. Weren't the band & Hunter living in a house in San Rafael in this period? That would be my guess for venue.
