Hi Iver - That Midnight Hour is just a partial copy of the one on either the Vintage or Historic Dead albums.
There is some information on it at the very bottom of the Deadlists entry for 9/16/66. I also have some information at my now very out of date web page. I created this pagea few years ago to provide info on what circulated from before 1969 and to attempt to straighten out all the mislabeled tapes out there.
