sure it could be much earlier (as jim states)...but then keep in mind that the earliest known versions of DS never hit the ten minutes mark,not until late summer 68... all before are very short affairs with hardly any exploration of the dark star theme...the rehearsal version clocks in at 13 min...not the common length in 67....
no constanten??...well maybe he was listening to where ds has been taken since his part-time job on anthem...and frankly if you compare the 11/67 released single version (3+min)
to this rehearsal ds i can hardly believe there only 1 month between them...
...but there is no proof.. we are all in the land of speculation...anybody out there who can ask tom constanten about it?
