I sent this to a few Dead-related trading lists and thought Deadlists may
appreciate the information if TC or Mickey recordings are documented
anywhere. Stu
I'm surfacing after a break in trading because I've discovered two cool Dead
related obscurities that I've never seen on anyone's lists before. One is a
small club solo concert by ex-Dead keyboardist Tom Constanten. I transfered
Alan Bershaw's cassette masters of this to CD. The other is a one hour 1/4
track reel he had of Mickey Hart and DIGA rehearsing on May 4, 1975 and is
excellent studio quality. The details follow.
If anyone would like to trade for one or both of these recordings, I'm
particularly interested in finding any live recordings by Diga (I know they
did a few shows in 75), any Kieth & Donna Band sets with Jerry from 1975 and
also looking for complete copies of both of the Dead's New Orleans shows from
1980 from between the Warfield and RCMH runs. Otherwise, please send a trade
list. I'll also take one B&P from each list to help get these circulating.
