That's Doctor SHOT.  Mickey's nom de drum on Hunter's "Tiger Rose" 
was "B. D. SHOT" -- taken from the abbreviations used on the 
recording console for the drums kit.

I think it's:

BD - bass drum
S - snare
H - high hat
O - overhead
T - tomtom
