Hey all, I'm pretty sure that the Danish Center gig happened on Saturday March 12th and the Pico Acid Test was a week later at the Carthay Sound Studios (see flyer @ http://pranksterweb.org/picoflyer.jpg).
The Acid Test Reel that circulates for the Pico Acid test has it as being held at the Danish Centre. I don't know if the recording is from the gig or the Acid Test. If anyone knows the origin of these tapes, I'd like to hear from them ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). I'm currently writing about the Acid Tests as part of a dissertation on Kesey and the Pranksters. If anyone out there went to any of the acid tests, or has any info to share, I'd love to hear from you. Rick
