one thing i would like to suggest is editorial in nature - to check the
character length of the lines.  some of them are more than 80 characters
long, which means that they tend to wrap around and look funny:

in the example, those first two lines are really one line.  however, that
one line is longer than 80 characters of 10 point courier font, so you see
that line break.

if you make the lines 80 characters or less, it looks like this:

were
> recorded at the same time.

it's a pain - i know, 'cause i do it on the tcgdd text page - but it's
worth the effort to make the text readable.

here is a line that is 80 characters long:

Note - this file is set in 10 point Courier.  The width is 80 characters a
line.
