I have an audio recording of a radio commercial for a GD show on "Friday, August 11." They dont give a year but given it's a friday and they identify Viola Lee Blues, the Hippie scene, and "Captain Trips" on lead guitar, it's got to be 1967. However, they say it will take place at "Cheetah Place." I notice you have a listing for 8/11/67 at "Grande Ballroom" in Detroit. There is apparently a discrepency, unless they go by the same name.
