The Zappa Gig List http://members.shaw.ca/fz-pomd/giglist/1969.html indicates that Zappa played Seattle on 4/19/69, the date confirmed by an ad. There is no listing there for 3/23/69. Unless the show was postponed (possible) it would not be likely for Zappa to play the same city twice in less than a month.
FWIW, there's also a poster out there for Zappa/MOI and the Dead for 6/21/68. It's not in deadlists. It is on the Zappa list but the confirmation is based only on this poster.
