Hells Angels' motorcycle gang dance at Sokol Hall, 739 Page St. Grateful Dead performed.
I haven't heard of this one, and have no opinion if it happened.
The Sokol Hall event on 11/12/66 featured Big Brother and The Merry Pranksters. The Dead were playing at The Old Cheese Factory. I suppose its possible they made a late-night appearance, but I think its more likely a case of human error here.
The Wild West show on 8/22-24/69 was indeed canceled. The poster is around (it may be in Art of Rock) and people don't realize it was canceled. Quicksilver (with Dan Healy on guitar!) played the Fillmore West and Family Dog on 8/22 and 8/23 as a fundraising "make-up" gig.
