I saw Festival Express on Friday at the Miami International Film Festival and was moved to tears...the director was present and stated that the DVD will be released in February....it took the people working on this film two years to match up approximately 60 hours of silent film with approximately 75 hours of unlabled recording tape!
The Highlight for me was seeing Rick Danko, Janis Joplin, Jerry Garcia and Bob Weir performing the Bands "Ain't No Cane" for a small group of onlookers in a railway car....they appear to be very, very, very happy!
