A thought about the 7/11/70 + 7/12/70 date
confusion that has come up in the past couple of years: Perhaps the taper who
insists that the 7/11/70 show is actually 7/12/70 was confused by a
midnight start time.
In other words, doors opened on 7/11/70 late at
night, and even though the music may have begun after midnight - technically
7/12/70 - the same convention that puts NYE shows on "12/31" not "1/1" would
apply and make this a 7/11 show.
