Hi,
After not using my model for a while, I have installed deal.ii v6.2.1
with PETSc 3.0.0-p7 (previously I used v6.1 and 2.3.3-p15), and am
trying to run my model as I did before. (I have moved and am using a
different platform now, but the differences are *probably* minimal - I'm
still using red hat linux.)
Anyway, there is a point in my code where an asymmetric matrix is solved
using stabilized bicg with an SOR preconditioner, like so:

This never caused problems before. Now I get a PETSc error:

I know the thing to do is to roll back to deal.ii v6.1.0 and petsc 2.3.3
and make sure that all works in this new environment... but still, I
would like to know, does anyone see any reason the above block of code
should not work with my current installation?
