Yes. I have the same problem. It seems that deal.ii has switched to
enable-threads by default some time ago. I compiled deal.ii with
--enable-threads=disabled and the problem went way...
I have not had time to figure out where this problem orginates from,
other than that it does originate from the DataOut class.
I have no solution (sorry) but I do share this problem.
