Could you explain a little bit more?
The local problem is closely related to the original shape function
of the parent cell and thus I need its values on every quatrature point within
a child cell to solve the problem.
Why creating a triangulation of the parent cell helps?Do you suggest
a mapping?

I think the easiest way is to create a new triangulation consisting
only of the parent cell and solve the problem there.
