There is a clue. Things work fine for gcc-4.3 and gcc-4.5; but
consistently go wrong for gcc-4.4. After a recent update (a couple of
moments ago) things seem to start working for gcc-4.4 too. No more errors.
However, I get an insane amount of abnoxious warnings from Boost's
"signal_templates.hpp" file complaining that "empty macro arguments are
undefined in ISO C90 and and ISOC++98".
I am trying to dig a little deeper into this...
Nevertheless, things are alot better. Thank you.
