Have you figured out what causes this? I've installed deal.II and Trilinos
many times and I've never seen this problem. ML_Epetra::SetDefaults
is defined
in the file ml_MultiLevelPreconditioner.h, which we do include in
lac/trilinos_preconditioner.cc, so I'm not quite sure what may cause this
problem...
If I recollect correctly, the only way I could get the library to
compile with Trilinos was to disable MPI and without Petsc. It was a
random attempt, but worked. Was really puzzled how that helped. But
this was an one-off incident on a particular machine which didn't
repeat on any of our latter installations on other machines. Thanks
