Hi dealiier, I have a very rookie question about step-17, or a question related to petsc. The comment of the function "assemble_system" mentioned that at the end of "assemble_system" the stiffness matrix and right had side vector should be compressed to transfer entries, corresponding to dofs on cells with a neighbor that belongs to a different process, to other processes. But I didn't find any place to call the function "compress ()". Did I miss something that takes care of this issue? Any hint would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
