Well, I upgraded to deal.ii7.0.0 and the problem is solved.

I really have no idea of what the problem could have been, but as I
saw in the error messages some indications of boost problems, I also
reinstalled boost.

However for some reason aptitude eliminated paraview when installing
libdeal.ii7.0.0 and now when I try to install it I get a conflict with
libhdf5-7 package, and aptitude offers me all solutions implying the
removal of libdeal.ii7.0.0... :S

But I guess that's a problem for another forum.
