As my first mission I am proposing to change the name from deal.II to iDeal. Why? First, it does away with this awkward ".ii" where you never know how to spell it. Second, this library is just the _ideal_ library to use and we should reflect this in the name. Third, (and most importantly) all the cool things are named iSomething today. We should follow this trend.
