USA: The U.S. Supreme Court has finally scheduled a date for arguments in Roper v. Simmons. This is the juvenile death penalty case out of Missouri. The case will be argued at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13. (source: National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty)
