I would like to strongly recommend that instead of sending clemency support letters to individual Board of Pardons and Parole letters to members at their home offices to send them all to the central office for Executive Clemency (below) for distribution by Ms Ramirez. To do otherwise will risk having them sorted as parole support letters and not arriving at their intended destination, which has happened in the past.
