I'm looking for cases in which there was a victim impact statement during the first trial, and then a subsequent trial or penalty phase hearing (eg after a reversal or hung jury) in which the same witness or witnesses gave a second victim impact statement. In short, I want to compare vis testimony in light of the passage of time. Can you either a) think of any such case b) think of a good way to find them or c) suggest people who are likely to know of such cases? Thanks for any thoughts on this.
