Was ist daran neu? Art. 5 der EMRK wurde nach 9/11 schon außer Kraft gesetzt, weil Gerichtsverfahren gegen einige Dutzend Moslems die Existenz des UK bedroht hätten. Die Lordrichter sahen das anders.
