Please arrive 30 minutes before the beginning of the meal you've signed up for, and help to set up the meal. The food heroes will then take over from you. === Video Task Signup === The video team always needs volunteers. Please sign up for some tasks if you have been trained. == Respect the venue == We are guests in the university, please respect our hosts and keep our spaces tidy. For example: * If you move furniture, please put it back in an orderly position when you are done. * If you open a floor socket cover to charge your laptop, put it back when you leave. * Take garbage with you to the recycling bins in the halls. If you run into any issues with the event, please contact the debconf-t...@lists.debian.org, or speak to an organizer directly. === Day trip signups continue === It is still possible to sign up for a day trip at https://debconf24.debconf.org/daytrip/ Option C, the Ulsan tour, is now fully subscribed. If you have paid for this tour, and are happy to change to change to one of the other options, you can do so on the website. An invoice for the difference in price will be generated for you. === Day trip logistics === Breakfast on Wedneday will be from 7 AM to 8 AM. Departure for the day trips is at 8:30 AM from in front of Engineering 1. Dinner will take place as usual in Mirae from 6 PM to 8 PM, after the day trips The deadline to register for a daytrip is 8 PM this evening (Tuesday). === Conference Dinner Tickets === Please check whether your meal ticket bundle contains a ticket to the Conference Dinner on Thursday (August 1st). If it does not, and you have signed up for the dinner, please come to Front Desk to collect a ticket. It is still possible to sign up for the Conference Dinner until noon on Thursday (August 1st).
