Hello! December is fast approaching, so we need to start prodding potential DebConf bids to get their information set up for the DebConf Committee to start studying and evaluating them. We do not yet have a set schedule for evaluations, but I think we can aim for a first status meeting with the bidding teams in late December / early January, and possibly a decision meeting between February and March. While we did have a DC26 bid presentation session during DC24³, please remember
it is _not a requisite_ to have been a part of this presentation. You can still
submit new bids. We will probably wait ~2 weeks to see for any movement, and
then work on a schedule for our first meeting.
