Same for me, I did that Tuesday (two days ago) and received confirmation the very same day. However, I did not use the form (because it was weirdly behaving and I got paranoid), I simply mailed the contact address and it worked. I've even done that in English, because I was missing the wonderful template Marga just sent. Apparently, they had no problem with that.
