Hello, the Capoeira practice will happen in the Hotel Astor tomorrow (Friday, August 15) at 19:00 pm. Please come with comfortable clothes that give you mobility in uncommon positions. The idea is to start with a small talk about the history of Capoeira, do some basic moves, and then make a Roda, in which everyone can play.
Capoeira is a fight, dance and game created by african slaves in Brasil, with a lot of elements from the african culture.
