It's a bit late to get the cheapest tickets but the most civilised way
to get between Berlin and Paris is a sleeper berth in the overnight
train. The train leaves Paris at 20:20 and arrives in Berlin at
09:52.

Currently sane options range from Eur109/Eur119 (in a 6/4-berth
couchette ie sharing with 5/3 strangers) through Eur149 (in a 2-berth
sleeper compartment ie sharing with a stranger) up to Eur179 (sleeper
compartment all to yourself).

You can book at bahn.hafas.de.
