For 100km I would suggest going around the Chambly Lake

Alternatively, following the same route, you can go to St Jean sur
Richelieu:

(trace is only one way)
Perhaps a bit nicer, less road and more cycleway.

Both routes go to Chambly, which is a nice stop (at 30 or 70km) to get a
Unibroue beer

Shorter route, goes up to Verchères, mostly if not completly cycleway
