I'm not sure, if the Austrain Nightjet works in July. It is the same to Bologna as to Roma, from Munich, NJ 295. Alternatively, there is a Nightjet NJ 40463 from Munich to Venezia, then from Venezia via Bologna to Bari. Let's see...
