In my part of Italy each year both flu vaccination and covid boosters are available first to people at risk (iirc for age it's 60 or 65, but I may be wrong, I'm quite sure it's lower than 75, however) and for people who work in high risk environments, then after a few weeks it's provided for free to anybody who asks I don't think that full vaccine coverage of the population is considered worth the expense, but I wouldn't call it not recommended either, since it is offered and there is even some effort to let people know about it through media etc. -- Elena ``of Valhalla''
