during the package installation the Documentation (BackupPC.html) is extracted
to
/usr/share/backuppc/share/doc/BackupPC/BackupPC.html
the webUI expects it here
/usr/share/doc/backuppc/BackupPC.html
the installation routing either needs to correct this or create a
symlink.
