I never used debian on x86 and I'd like to try on my amiga1200. Is there any install howto on the internet for this machine?
I only found howto on watchtower distro.
Please have a look at www.debian.org. I can't give you a specific link, but it is something of the form www.debian.org/ports/m68k/... or www.debian.org/install. You should be able to find it from http://www.debian.org/ however. Mind you that maybe not all content/documents etc. are available at the moment following the breakin of some debian.org machines. There is a news item about this available from www.debian.org, maybe that will show if everything is back to normal again. It wasn't the last time I checked, but that was over a week ago.
