Hi I'm having this issue from time to time as well. Using Alt+Tab into another Application and back, Arrow keys and pressing F7 multiple times will eventually lead to some result, with no particular order guaranteeing a success. I'm aware that this is a very vague description, but I was unable to find out more details. But maybe the OP meant something else.
