Hi Jude & All, It is for a little device that costs around 40 or 50 dollars that plugs into a USB port, and it has antenna connectors for getting the SWR and resonant frequency for an antenna. It is needed to make an accurate antenna. It has a touch screen too, which of course we cannot use. It's small enough to fit into a shirt pocket, smaller than a Raspberry PI.
