orca on crostini again

i play with crostini and debian again
i try to get orca running
with a clean bookworm
i do
sudo apt install mate-desktop-environment-core
and
sudo apt install orca

and after that

eval $(dbus-launch); export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS DBUS_SESSION_BUS_PID 
GSETTINGS_BACKEND=dconf gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications 
screen-reader-enabled true GSETTINGS_BACKEND=dconf gsettings set 
org.mate.interface accessibility true

willthis work
answer no
whats the error?
i know i'm missing something
