Now that gcc-4.6 4.6.1-1 is in unstable, the plan is to upload some time this coming weekend. If you want, you can build gnat-4.6 from the head of org.debian.gnat-4.6 and report any problems you might have. Xavier has already done that and done most of the work on XML/Ada, AWS, Polyorb et al, so this time around it seems that the transition of all Ada packages to gnat-4.6 will happen in record time :) Note: libgcc1 still has not migrated from unstable to testing, this breaks both gnat-4.4 and gnat-4.6. Also, since Debian is planning to freeze Wheezy in June 2012, it might even be possible for us to migrate to gnat-4.7 before then.
