TGA2 has a Cirrus VGA as a "front end"; it should work as a normal VGA,
and only switch into "TGA mode" when controlled by the TGA X server.

You can only see the penguins with the original TGA, unless you try to
run the TGA2 with Cirrus FB support (if available).
