In your chroot, modify your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ sid main contrib non-free deb-src ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ sid main contrib non-free
From your earlier posts I think you have forgotten the 'contrib' and 'non-free' entries.
