Fortunately I workarounded the problem :-D It's not the simplest process... but works.need a 2.6.10 on the installer CD. Is there any way to make my own
installer disk/image using my own kernel image? Can I changed only the
kernel on the installer? A static kernel without modules is okay for
me?
You have to build the module udebs and then a set of D-I images. There is no just changing in there I'm afraid.
1. I've just build a DFS (Debian From Scratch) boot CD with a 2.6.10 (all things compiled into the kernel, no modules at all).
2. Then copied the initrd.gz from the Debian Installer disc to the DFS disc.
3. I booted with DFS disc but using Debian's initrd.gz and Debian's booting parameters.
4. Kernel loaded and installer started successfully :-)
5. I just had to change DFS disc to Debian Installer disc to continue installing process.
So it works.
