Hello, I've tried again the 64bit version of debian (kernel 2.6.11-9-em64t-p4-smp) but failed again with building the nvidia driver.

The most likely reason for this is that conflicting OpenGL libraries are installed in a location not inspected by nvidia-installer. Please be sure you have uninstalled any third-party OpenGL and third-party graphics driver packages. -> done. -> Runtime sanity check failed. ERROR: Installation has failed. There is a link /emul/ia32-linux/usr/lib/libGL.so.1 to the existing library libGL.so.1.0.7174, so why does the nvidia installation fail?
