If you have specified the PCI address of radeon card in XF86Config-4 try to comment it out (#), its' probably the address is changed when you upgrade BIOS (ESCD & NVRAM of some PnP BIOS do some funny joke during upgrade)
No, I've not it.
I tried to set/unset PnPOs in the BIOS and to play with the AGP parameters without any success so far.
Everything looks fine in teh syslog and the XFreee86.0.log
