You must apt-get install nvidia-kernel-source
then you must construct a deb package using make-kpkg --append-to
version (your kernel_version) modules_install
and you'll get a nvidia-kernel.....deb in /usr/src
dpkg -i nvidia-kernel...deb
modify your xorg.conf
and restart X

Tenes que crear el paquete a partir de los fuentes
Instala nvidia-kernel-source
y luego crea el paquete con make-kpkg como te indico arriba
Cualquier cosa lee la documentacion del nvidia-kernel-source
instalalo con dpkg y modifica tu xorg.conf
restartea las X y listo
