Hi Mike, you assumed right, I did actually use module-assist and everything works fine except this gdm auto-login. I did what you said, and it didn't work after reboot. But the interesting part is when I quick boot with the "shutdown -f now" command, autologin seems to be working. And this makes me wonder if it can be the nvidia-kernel or something like that, which is causing this auto-login failure. Any ideas??
