Due to the nature of our testing migration packages can get lost in the case the Debian version did not build on amd64. When Debian moves such a version from unstable to testing our archive removes our old testing version and has nothing to put in its place. My first guess would be that this happened to one of the build-depends of apache2. Run "apt-cache show-src apache2" and install the build-depends manualy to see which one is missing.
